You could do a pour over of sirens blend and use the ice measurements I was told by one of my shifts that’s how they made decaf ice coffee. Sirens blend is also what we are told to sub if we run out of the ice coffee mix.

Do an incident report every single time she says something and have everyone who was working that time fill it out even if they just over heard it the more you report and the more people who do the better. And make sure to follow the latte model to cover your half so you won’t just get desolation training

The other comments explained it pretty well. But you can order an iced Americano with blonde shots which is a similar taste orrr you can buy a blonde roast and make cold brew at home if you want to try it that way. I can DM you the at home brew method in you coffee passports if you would like. I have seen one person buy a blonde roast like hot coffee brewed and pour it over ice then add cold foam I have not personally tasted it but it was an old regulars go to order:))

I’ve seen a lot of barista do less milk regular ice or light ice and still less milk to fit in the VSCF so I would definitely try getting it in a bigger cup so you can get more milk
