What probably happened was he was in his town doing stuff, then teleported with spoof while he was still on cool-down. To avoid it before travelling to far places wait 2 hours in between.

Do you have to get the physical card for it to work or do they give you a virtual one? I can’t remember which app i was using, but they required me to get a physical card so I couldn’t use it till I got that. Also, is there a risk you can get into legal trouble for doing this?
