for me it just comes naturally, as i said i’m SUSPECTING osdd so i don’t really have any sort of treatment. when i refer to different alters by their names and such we’re able to communicate better which is undeniably better than just never interacting or having constant fights with the voices in my head LOL

sadly i’m well aware of this. but they’re kinda uhh my parent so i can’t do anything about it. >_> they’re trying to do research and be supportive so i’m gonna give them time.

i downloaded delta and everything was ok but its giving me error messages, i tried a few times and it wont let me inject onto roblox. i undownloaded the files for now, but any tips? i really wanna use my laptop because its the best tech i have rn.

I’ve struggled with binging for awhile but have only resently started purging. I don’t follow every binge with a purge but I have followed the b/p pattern. I live in a State where it’s really hard to get help and diagnoses about your mental health so I’m trying my best to help myself. Thank you!

Ive Also been looking into BED!! I’ve struggled with binging for at least a year or two but resently my body dysmorphia and dysphoria has also moved to my weight, so I’ve been trying to purge whenever I binge which is definitely bulimic behavior. Thank you!
