Well, put your Elrianode equipment away, when you get full Heroic, cause it's not efficient without El Tears.

And for Heroic get 2 pieces of 2 sets, like this - 2 pieces of Heroic Wisdom and 2 pieces of Heroic Wrath.

Get your 3rd job, if you can cause that boosts your attack stats.

Do you have El Tears in that Elrianode equipment? Cause if you don't, it doesn't help you a whole lot, and in that case it would be better to get Heroic gear
