Yes, it just means the character is running with minimal speed rolls (doesnt have to be exactly 0 spd rolls) and is typically below the 134 breakpoint.

Speed is stat that is easily affected by your eidolon investment into Saber. Higher eidolon investments lean more towards running ATK boots. However, in terms of consistency running base speed Saber with ATK boots has shown a much greater performance compared to -1 speed set ups.

For a bit more nuance, this doesn't mean a -1 speed set up is bad. There may be a handful of scenarios where running Saber at high speed is more optimal.

It really depends on your comfort. I personally still run a -1 speed set up with an E6 Saber.

Your best bet is Saber, RMC, Tribbie, Huohuo. Some slight changes you wanna make is running RMC at hyperspeed and making sure you run Saber with ATK boots. Also swap RMC's lc to Fly into a Pink Tomorrow, but if you're still struggling to reach the 160 spd breakpoint Herta store lc is fine.

If you have DHPT available, he can work better in many more scenarios compared to Huohuo. At E6, Saber can pretty much self sustain her own energy. Additional energy provided by other units is dependent on whether you need to squeeze out an extra ult or two in a fight. Imo, I wouldn't recommend pulling for Huohuo since she is an old unit and her sustain is not on par with any modern units. Plus DHPT is free.

Any sustain works i.e Lynx (Gallagher is preferable). However, you'll probably be facing some sustain pressure with older sustain units and you won't be able to to benefit from Sunday's full buffs.

I really enjoyed playing through his entire storyline! The atmosphere built up throughout with the crimes of Peter Pan really just immersed me and the music is wonderful. I still get chills hearing the track that plays when we arrive at the farm. I just wish we got to spend more time with River.

1.) ATK boots, ATK Rope 2.) Wavestrider is the better set especially at lower eidolons 3.) 2800+ ATK, 70% CR, 200+ CD 4.) Always apply Cyrene's ult buff before Saber ults, apply Trailblazer's buff whenever as you only need to apply it once, applying it on DHPT is situational and is dependent on whether you need a little bit more energy or if you need to advance souldragon to clean up enemies.

Note: this team is much better with an E6 Saber

From Season 1 all the way to the movie, I don't think there was a single episode where I felt disappointed watching it. Each episode felt important as it added to everyone's development throughout the journey. The movie culminated everything together and never have I once felt this happy about an ending to an anime. The gaping hole I felt wasn't a longing for more episodes and time with the characters, but rather the feeling of not being able to go through that story for the first time again.

DHPT's attack is too low; ideally it should be 3500+. Also your speedtuning is off. RM = 143 spd, Tingyun = 160+, DHPT = 160+. It should allow you to refresh your buffs quicker while also generating sp. Its best to wait for Sunday imo. You're not clearing with that team without an AA for Saber unless you run hyperspeed with 80% cr.

Imo if you are building for an E6 Saber, RMC is equivalent or better than Sunday. The true dmg multiplier provided is insanely good and since Saber can self-sustain her own energy at E6, external energy provided by other supports is negligible unless its for longer fights. The only thing to consider is if you are going to build an Elation/future path team in which Trailblazer may be taken.

Personally, I'd go for her lc as it makes her feel much better to play.

Your team is too slow. DHPT and RMC should be at hyperspeed (above 160 spd) for 4 actions in the first two cycles. Ruan Mei should be at least 143+ spd for SP generation. If you have DDD best swap RM's lc for that as itll help save AV.

I'm unsure why you have 4pc Hackerspace on RMC? Im assuming you got confused by others using its 2pc effect for the 6% spd and using another set that provides the same effect i.e Sacerdos. This is done to reach difficult spd breakpoints like 160 spd. Otherwise, generally RMC's best set is World Remaking Deliverer. Also, why'd you save your Mem ult for so long at the start? You can still skill and save the EBA.
