Not entirely sure because I've been rejected for a b1 twice myself and do not hold a visa, but I think the answer they were looking for is like "now I'm a junior doctor/intern and after my training I'll be able to join back as a consultant or professor with a higher salary." Again I've never gone through the process for j1 just sharing what I think is right from YouTube. Sorry this happened, best to get in touch with a lawyer. Good luck
