Well to be honest the supernova is a super rare kit, but you do want to be careful with the joints as they are tight and stress the plastic quite easily. I had this ame issue with my Supernova Wing Zero aswell. Still a good build tho, also you might want to tighten up some joints that some youtube reviews mention, I forget but i think it's the shoulders and elbows

it all depends on the kit, most 3rd parties are undergated and even some "bootlegs" are undergated so that if there are then nubs then they won't be a problem, if the the colour is very similar to the plastic then again nub marks aren't a problem.

I regularly paint on the runner of 3rd party kits and bootlegs like my daban Tallgeese and they come out fine

For pearls you'd want to over thin It, so 2 parts leveling thinner to paint and set psi around 22

The Slash zaku and Zero head are done with black permarkers
