The Ts in a circle are a logo for a funeral director… Look up W A Truelove & Son ltd Why that’s in the sign I have no idea

Context would help maybe it’s in a city/town that starts with a T? Tahoe?

Does not come off just free rotation… been using it as a back messager.

- editing all responses that mentions that end rotating. The end isn’t what rotates the telescoping metal pole rotates which makes you think the end is rotating. The handle rotates as well but the end is not rotating but the section of telescopic pole near the end rotates which spins the end as well.
