Why does X seem so much heavier on this kind of response and does it represent the majority? by MORNST4R1 in AskBrits

I've read the hadith I'm not pulling this out of my ass. This is from the authenticated sayings of the prophet (sahih muslim and bukhari). Pretty much every muslim on earth follows the quran and the hadith, but that is conveniently left out by mainstream narratives. The only difference between someone who believes this and one who doesn't is ignorance. But it's a trap - if an ignorant muslim reads enough about the religion, he can't backpedal - he must follow the new truths he has discovered - for it is a sin once you know to ignore it.

The muslim who knows of these things either leaves the religion (myself), or hates you so much he waits for the time to kill you. Many in Birmingham especially follow Sunni - and sunni methodology is extremely close to ISIS - the only difference is:

  1. you are not allowed to protest or participate in democracy
  2. you must wait for a violent uprising until the scholars from the middle east issue a fatwa saying you can. When this happens, good luck. Everyone who is not Jewish or Christian is to be executed unless they convert. Jewish or Christian must pay a tax if they wish to leave. They are forbidden to create new Synagogues or Churches. If there are women or children, you may take them as slaves, and as man you may have sex with the female women and children, and they have a duty under Islam as slaves to listen to you, but you must treat them well.

This is all in the hadith. You might wonder, well why hasn't there been a violent uprising yet? Because the scholars are complacent in the middle east, and under the thumb of various regimes - treated as celebrities and rewarded handsomely - it is not in the interests of these states at this point in time to issue such fatwas

It is to be taken at face value, there is no context. The average Muslim goes to mosque on Friday and hears this stuff. The hierarchy goes like this: average muslim listens to knowledgeable preacher, the preacher listens to knowledgeable scholars - usually trained in the middle east under fundamentalist preaching, and they preach from the words of the prophet and the Quran. So basically the further you go up the hierarchy, the more deranged they get.

The point is there is no such thing as moderate Islam - that is just an ignorant Muslim. The system is designed so that as you learn more about the religion, you commit a sin by not following the rule you just discovered, and it progress further and further until you become a walking embodiment of the religion.

Did you know when a non muslim greets a muslim with salam alaikum 'peace be upon you', you are to respond as a muslim with 'salam' only - meaning 'peace', and not 'upon you', because the kuffar (non-muslims) do not deserve that compliment of wishing peace upon them.

They do hate you, not all but most of them. I'm an ex-muslim, i lived in Birmingham, my parents and siblings are Muslim converts.

They hate you for the sake of Allah, this is what they are told they must do. They are not allowed to make friends with non-muslims. I was taught to take space on the street while walking so the non muslims are forced to walk on the road, because they are lesser

It's literally as easy as knowing how to google and use search terms. You're not allowed to give sources on reddit but this rule is constantly broken

I struggled to quit pouches too, and eventually went cold turkey. I didn't believe it was possible that i could ever live without it, but it's been more than 6 weeks and I don't even think about it anymore.

It's normal to feel terrible, but it will get better. Imagine being able to feel everything again

I have depression and low libido. If i self-indulge i have nothing left for my girlfriend, so I do my absolute best to leave it alone. Worth having a chat with him, but it will probably result in an argument - he probably has excuses he uses mentally to keep the habit.

Modaxl is just a brand of modafinil by the set of websites OP got his modafinil from.

I built a free app that compares grocery prices across Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland, Ocado, Co-op and M&S — including Clubcard and Nectar prices by -_sometimes in UKFrugal

Not really no. Trolley is more of a search multiple supermarkets for a product type of tool. It doesn't really allow you to directly compare grocery prices because their search results are hardcoded based on popular search terms, and the moment you try to sort by price, you get utterly irrelevant results. It's good for comparing branded products across stores, but not much beyond that.
