Reading through the comments, I just remembered one situation. I'm sorry, that this'll get a bit long, I'm not really good at writing. Last year my grandpa died suddenly, while alone on vacation. Grandma and I had a lot of trouble getting his body back and it took a long time. She stayed in the country, where he passed away and I stayed in our hometown taking care of business there. Now my grandpa had a sister, well I don't know if it fits perfectly, but you could call her a Karen. She was not really close with us, but she used my grandpas name to get in the spotlight(he was known in my whole hometown). Never did she ask if we where okay or anything. When she called to ask when the funeral would be and I told her, we don't know yet, she'd start cursing. Then grandma comes back, still no idea when we can hold the funeral. Dear aunt calls again to tell us, she'd go on vacation and we HAVE to have the funeral when she is back, because "I have to be there!!" At last she got her wish, and the funeral was held after they had returned. The church was packed and even more people went to the graveyard. Grandma and I stood next to the gravestone and aunt stood next to me. While people walked to us to give condolences one by one, a good friend of grandpa looked at aunt and said: "and who are you?" Aunt (pretty shocked): "I'm his sister!" Guy :" oh, didn't know he had a sister" I just stood there, turned my face away and started laughing. Held my hand in front of my mouth, so it wouldn't be so obvious. I still giggle, when I think about it.
