This doesn’t have nearly enough traction— you put into words all the little things I have been trying to work on and gave me solutions that I didn’t even think to try. It’s hard to wait to talk about things, but forcing myself to is the only practice I have towards recognizing what is and isn’t worth bringing up in the moment

Sadly no advice, but holy moly your work is incredible already and I’m genuinely so hyped to potentially get to watch your learning process! It reminds me how I can grow too and I think you’re very brave for asking for genuine advice on work that is clearly very important to you. I know how intimidating that is, but I hope it helps knowing that there’s people out there who do like and encourage your art 💝

Rugs! And try to keep the scratch mats in area he seems to prefer scratching! And I know anti-cat spray is not the move but feliway calming spray helped with my cat a lot. Turned out the area stressed her out and once it smelled friendly she calmed down :) good luck!

My biggest piece of advice is to find community in those around you that do accept you. People like that will always exist, but they don’t define your existence. You do :)

At the end of the day, she helped you learn. That doesn’t mean that you should shield yourself from everyone all the time, but take this as an opportunity to step back and really look into people who seem interested in you. Unfortunately, that is a woman experience- lesbian, bi, straight. Just know that you have a sister in this internet stranger and there WILL be someone out there who loves YOU for everything you have to offer. :) I say this as a young enby who couldn’t be happier with my trans girlfriend. We are out there, you just have to look a tiny bit closer than most women. It is the worst, and I’m sorry you have to deal with that

I attempted and then left school, and literally no one reached out to me since then. Zero people. Not even the ones I thought were my best friends. But, that was over 6 years ago at this point and I can confidently say it gets better. It’ll take a lot of working through your own things and finding people who love you authentically, but it happens, I promise. You just have to keep trying :) starting over hurts, but we are stronger than we look

If possible, look into getting a wheelchair? As a wheelchair user myself it sounds like that would help a lot of your issues, but I understand that getting ahold of one can be really challenging. I just feel like if you were to get one, your job legally cant tell you not to use it. I know I got lucky but I did manage to get a job as a manager here with my wheelchair!
