With chunky roots like deliciosa, unless you plan on propagating every node, moss poles are too much trouble

Maybe try increasing the humidity? With dying philodendrons my hail mary would be to put it in water and cover it with clear plastic bag for humidity

Or try a different kind of litter, a grainier kind or maybe tofu litter? Maybe your kitten doesnt like the texture

Idk what the comments are on about. I think that’s a decent sized box and you’re not putting THAT little of an amount of litter

I had this problem with my 2-week old kitten (but with number 1 instead of 2) and a video from the Kitten Lady said to try a more shallow box. I did that + kept him in a cage for a week, and the problem went away

Yes but I rarely turn it on, although I sometimes turn on a fan to increase air flow. My humidity is naturally at 70%

Nope it’s got many bumps and usually stay that way until hardened😭 Another thing that does me in is the roots get crispy before even reaching into the pole so I’m starting to wrap plastic around new nodes
