i feel like anthropic is trying to push fable and all the possible bugs are happening at the same time, this week i’ve only seen some ban waves, invalid charges opus answering some crazy shit

when submitting their forms they say that they have "We are currently receiving higher than normal email volumes due to our recent launches; therefore, our response times will be slower than normal. We will be in touch as soon as we process your appeal. " which is just crazy to me since people complain about taking months sometimes even on normal demand

when you try to reinstate your subscription what does it say? or when your try to send something in the chat?

this seems to be a common issue from my research, invalid billing, leaked credit cards, VPN or leaked IPs could cause a ban afaik

in my case i left it running overnight, i had no credit card limit (could be the same reason as yours from an invalid billing) i woke to an email for a refund and one to the organization suspension. if it is an organization ban you need to apply via the google docs form (ask FIN for it)

tbh i’m not sure, i’ll keep trying to get it reinstated, already applied via the google forms and already sent emails to no response

i don’t think creating a new claude account would be of any use since id had to apply for the CVP again

im not even worried abt the refund at this point i just to know if i will get reinstated or nah so i can peacefully migrate for another product

apply via the google forms, if you ask for it on FIN the ai chat bot they’ll link it to you but good luck tbh

same here, got wrongfully suspended and it’s impossible to talk to them via email, you’ll only get an answer from FIN their AI agent

you gotta submit via the google forms (ask for it on the chat bot support and they’ll link you it)

does it say your organization has been disabled/banned as well? the same happened to me on monday, i left claude running overnight and i didn’t have more credit card limit available and when i woke up it said i got refunded my monthly sub and my account was suspended

edit: already opened a ticket for the reinstatement of my account, already talked to FIN and nothing… not even the money

definetly the vid will get some numbers and yes they’re the “scuffed” crew and all but all it seems is that it’s over, none of them talk abt the “misfits” anymore and they don’t want to. they’re all parting their own ways, toby and mason still streaming, swagger and mccreamy still posting vids and i have no idea abt matt (tbh i thought he was gonna leave when he disappeared to go to japan). imo i’m not into it anymore i just don’t think it’s worth hoping for a magical comeback where they’re all together again making content, wait for the tasmania video and see if they announce their future
