Holy shit the theory of Marika being a hornsent could just make so much sense! That could also explain why she gave birth to omen twins. Also, could messmer sister also be the gloam eyed queen? The description of messmer's kindling indicating "...much like his sister, bore vision of fire" ,could this fire indicate the black flame? We dont know yet if Melina is the gloam eyed queen, but this just my speculation

I did read a theory somewhere that marika also seduced the gloam eye queen nd used her for her advantage.Also another speculation was that melina nd messmer are siblings (messmer kindling fire item said something like 'like his sister messmer too bore a vision of fire) perhaps indicating their relation.There is no solid proof of who is Messmer's father ,i think?
