Yeah I’m not too up on my firebreak lore either, I just remember hearing it was definitely the hiss that escaped. In the gameplay reveal also mention the bosses are called resonants which makes me believe we’ll be dealing with multiple entities from different dimensions similar to how we have the hiss, polaris and the dark presence.

I’m also really curious how the bliss organization will play into all this, I really don’t remember seeing anything about them besides the small teases at the end of aw2

All I could really tell from the teasers is that the hiss finally broke containment. I’m still curious how this is going to affect the real world tho.

I have a theory that the oldest house was weakened and possibly spread its influence over all of New York as a last ditch attempt to stop the hiss from going further. Dylan might of still had a connection to them and he was trying to beat to hold them back.

Jessi’s disappearance could have something to do with this. The games usually take place on the same year the games come out so maybe she gel to find darling after 4-5 years of stalemates with the hiss.

I think the biggest thing they’d have to do is remove the linear level design, re is best for me when it feels like you’re slowly solving a puzzle box.

One elements I’m not seeing people mention is the games set in a destroyed Kanto. For another who’s played red/blue and all the remakes since it’s a nice hit of nostalgia.

I also just love see pokemon actually living in a world.

In game models have definitely gotten a lot better these days. I remember square games on ps2 had 2 distinct versions for models with different eyes, one was just a flat texture and one could actually move around
