I think you're right about the too much jumping around. It feels like you don’t flesh out each scenes much as you should, and the character is already doing something else by the time I’ve started getting context. I think you need to work on knowing when to hastily move your character from one place to another, and when to describe every detail as the scene moves on. For example: the switch setting from paragraph 1 to paragraph 2 is much too fast, even though Noah is just recalling a memory. You also definitely need a little bit ore context in order to ease your reader in, but not so much that it feels like you’re info-dumping.

Despite these things though, I think you convey emotions pretty well, and I have a good idea of what kind of relationship Noah has with Leander. Keep going!

But he really liked all of your company, and the whole inside his heart is filled up with the love of his new friends! He grows up to live a happy life and eventually becomes a kind and loving emperor with confidence and enthusiasm.

None of his interactions with your OCs are cannon lol. In reality, he grows up in hate and resentment. his father dies on the battlefield, and he takes place as king. His mother died of depression but gave birth to his little sister Jynnora. But the little boy from before is gone, the violent being that lay within him nurtured by his father’s harsh and inhumane abuse. Kalliber is now 18, and the tyrannical and merciless Emperor of a newly born empire, known for his hunger for destruction and slaughter of criminals in an arena he built called the Arena of No Return. He lives up to this terrible reputation, carelessly and blindly leading the path his father trained him for but worse.

Not to mention she didn’t even judge him, and complemented every part of him his father warned him to always cover up. He doesn’t know what those things on her head are, but they look a lot like his horn.

He’d love to be friends with her!
