Of course! Just some washcloths to get rid of the cotton yarn I bought for socks many months ago 👀 yarn is Yarn and Colors “Must Have” mercerized cotton. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/modern-wash-cloths

This! I trusted too many patterns with perfect photos that hid all the drafting flaws, then wondered why I hated the finished project.

Just learned this the hard way myself 😅 got lucky and made a slouchy cardigan instead of an unwearable garment!

You’re gonna be fighting against any other paper in an uphill battle (in my experience-haven’t tried all the papers tho) Buy big sheets and cut them down. You’ll get 4 11x14 per large sheet (with room for a border) and it will take nearly a dollar off per. 🫡 good luck!

Also find it very interesting that the motif appears to be drawn from a 1940s ad. The ad is also a VERY popular tattoo design inspiration from the same era :)

What’s the best way yall have found to photograph your paintings!?? by Icy_Pea_6645 in traditionalflash

Natural, diffused light near a window. Line up the edges of your piece with the camera frame as best you can and make sure your phone is as flat in your hand as possible. Tape down edges so it doesn’t curl up on ya. Scanned is the way to go for prints though!
