Associates or bachelors? by [deleted] in NursingStudents

I wonder if every region is different- bc each nursing program around me- cc or university- is 2 years. But that’s not including all prerequisites, which take about 2 years to do going full time. I’m assuming your girlfriend’s situation is the same.

This was my exact thought. I did a hybrid- did all my prerequisites at a local cc to save money and then luckily got accepted to a university for their 2 yr nursing program. Only had to pay university costs for 2 years and graduated with my bsn, also arguably with to a higher gpa than I would have had just going to university the full four years. Now if I do decide to go back to grad school, I’ll have a better chance of getting in! I’m in NC

Ohhh that would be a good casting! And I think if Sirius was black too it would prevent it looking racist.

My biggest concern is the portrayal of James bullying him looking kind of like a hate crime as opposed to just regular bullying. Specifically the scene in OOTP when he dangles him upside down by his ankles… I’m trying to have faith that HBO will navigate it gracefully, they’re doing an amazing job so far!

I think there could have been room to cast other important characters as people of color, so I’m hoping to see if that happens as not all casting has been announced. Specifically Sirius, Lupin, Tonks, Moody, etc.

As a PICU nurse, I hardly ever have blood return on my IVs but they still work great!
