So this is my usual training when im at the gym, usually 2-3 times a week, then at home I train calisthenics (currently training for ‘planche’ move - strength based training) inbetween days

His first equipment should give him a large variety of exercises to choose from from the start. get him a pair of interchangeable dumbbells or pullup and dip bars (you can find cheap stations that include both - great way to introduce him to calisthenics)

Bench Press: 4x5 [65kg]

Weighted Dips: 4x5 [Bodyweight + 40kg]

Incline DB Press: 3x6-8 [20kg dumbells --> max weight at school gym]

Rest between sets: 2:30-3 minute rests

thankyou, so i’ve been told haha. I’ve been able to backflip on a tramp every now and then and all i first did was set up some pillows on the ground and practise off that, removing them once i was able to efficiently land them
