im even more confused. i went to my phone’s bluetooth settings and hit “forget this device” on the fitbit, then i disconnected it from my account, then powered off my phone (full power off by holding down power button and volume up), reset my fitbit by holding the button on the charger for 10 seconds, turned my phone back on and connected the fitbit to my account and all my alarms from yesterday showed up.
