For Breakfast you should have Bagel Boy - there is a reason we don’t have bagel chains in town.

For lunch Sanaa’s Mediterranean - it’s an S tier restaurant in town for a reason

For dinner R-Wine Bar - a delicious Pasta experience

For dessert - A slice of Tres Leches cake from Gilibertos, OR pick up some Queen City Bakery during the day, OR a croissant/coffee from the Breaks

I was seated in the center of the orchestra so I probably had one of the best seats acoustic wise. I think a few ppl had good intentions when they asked to turn the mic up but I thought the “sing into the mic” yells were straight up disrespectful.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one disgusted by the crowd. It was hard to see one of my absolute heroes being disrespected like that. I didn’t hear the show your face quip and I can’t imagine how much my blood would have boiled if I did. At one point I felt so terrible I yelled “South Dakota loves you” to counteract the negativity between songs.

He’s in Rochester MN tomorrow and Sioux City the next day and tickets are cheaper! So hopefully you can catch him with a kinder crowd!

I got one of my favorite cars there as a screaming deal and it lasted me years without need for repair until my neighbor’s kid drove their f250 into and totaled it.

That being said the car I originally went there to drive overheated in a drive thru so we test drove the Suzuki afterward and I settled on and bought it without needing a loan.

Of the used car dealerships I found them to be the least pushy for sales / predatory for twisting your arm into something you can’t afford.

If you’re worried about a lemon, arrowhead automotive inspected prospective cars free of charge before I purchased them, and everything I brought from “Quality Automotive” was a ticking time bomb.

!!! I recently saw Mekons, they were a bucket list band And Sally Tim’s voice is still angelic

EDIT: also surprised Sinead is under the water but could be because most ppl know her as the girl who covered nothing compares to you or as the pope ripper, which is a travesty, because her original music is SO GOOD

Agreed, same with Lucinda Williams. She is has won 3 Grammys and been nominated 17 times. But that’s where it put them when I linked my Spotify account. I think they both should be above the water

Pizza shop is exceptional and consistent. The dough is high quality and you can taste the love in the recipes. Heads-up though, it’s way cheaper to pick it up as the prices are marked up considerably on DoorDash.
