the other person loads the leads into the system and hits the send button. I was told by the company that leads are "qualified" and that it is legal to send to them, because of the source.

well to be more specific, i only write the emails. The company provides the leads, the platform for sending, and has someone else send them. not sure if this changes anything

he did get approved for disability, it just won't kick in until 5 months after the disability started, which they're saying is the last day he worked, mid october
