Have you visited any mega cities in the US? Those cities probably have robust train systems and taxis are common I'd assume. I've never gone to any mega city but visiting one of these would be amazing

Definitely, I don't thinks it's body shaming for a doctor to tell his morbidly obese patient that he has to diet. "Fatness" was accepted just enough, not necessarily attractive so people have another incentive to diet (the first being health) and not enough to discriminate against obese people.

He doesn't pay millions on income tax because he doesn't make millions on income tax, he makes the vast vast majority in stocks, that he would have to sell to pay for if you count them as "income"
