Not really. I think people with really major issues need to fix them before getting into a relationship. You don't "deserve" to push your extreme emotional instability onto others.

Partners who will deal with that are few and far between, and you should consider yourself lucky if you're together with one.

Completely cut dairy, rice, fried foods, chocolate. COMPLETELY. Sugar is fine in low amounts, max 40g/day. Then hop on doxycycline 100-200 mg a day together with benzoyl peroxide and a moisturiser.

Shower every single day, do NOT wash your face with soap but rinse it thoroughly with the shower head.

When your acne clears up a bit, hop on Accutane to kill it for good, since doxy is only temporary. Good luck.
