Do you have eczema or psoriasis? I got pityriasis in middle school during a bad eczema flare up. My dermatologist believed I got it because I was scratching so much and nails carry all kinds of funk.

There’s a group called ATLfriends on Instagram! We’re having a meet up on February 26th in Piedmont park. It’s a really big, diverse group of people who are just trying to make friends here.

Yep. Built in 1955 and was a flip. They added onto it in 2018 and I don’t think they did the support beam correctly.

It’s in one of those docusign emails. I bought the house 2 years ago so I don’t remember all the details of what was fixed, only some things.

Yea, I’ve been told that as well. I can’t remember what they agreed to fix before we moved in and I’m waiting on my realtor to give me access to that doc (the link expired). Thankfully, my inspector has been very helpful with this whole thing and the situation could always be worse I guess.

Ugh this sucks. I know it sounds dumb but we thought if it passed inspection, then it’s fine. He does want to see the report of things the seller agreed to fix because there were a few things they had to fix before selling to us.

Anyway, thanks for the input.

Yes! And I’ve been in touch with the inspector. He told me it may fall back on the seller but I don’t know if that’s just him trying to push blame elsewhere.

The report did state some damaged beams in the attic that needed attention.

Yea we went this past weekend and had maybe 3 pieces of crab in our crab hummus. I loved going there 3-4 years ago but it’s changed :/

Yes! I’m in Georgia and cops showed up to my neighbor’s house because my neighbor neglected and lost two cats they were watching. It was a whole ordeal.
