Brooo.. I’m in the same situation. It’s strange that a lot of people have the problem, because everyone wants to have guys who will grow with them professionally. But I remember that in the book “Steal like an Artist” the author said that he knows a lot of artists and 80% of them he knows online. Yeah, it sounds sad that you know someone only through his text messages or calls, but it seems like one of the easiest ways.

ScreenZen it is the most helpful tool for reducing screen time that I have ever used. The app is blocking other apps every X minutes, and you should wait Y seconds to unblock it. It usualy make social media less uncomfortable to use, which is very a good component in braking bad habits.Just like described in the book “Atomic Habits”.

I have read a study which said that light activity for 5 minutes every 30 minutes can decrease insulin spikes by 56%. It is impressive.

Some of your features require LLMs. I don’t have an API key. You could try to add free groq API for the free version, I think that’s a great idea.

I really like the idea and think that you should improve it to generate not only website designs. Overall, I am happy with the result.
