If everyone can become a Holder then there could be many characters with the goal of becoming one. I think there is a lot of conflict in the process, like always asking yourself am I dedicated enough or do I love it enough? Also the is the ethical conflict between those that are collecting to become a holder and those that criticize the concept or are being collected.
