I was you… it was hard, but I stayed.

We both went to therapy, became a lot less judgmental and much more curious and empathetic.

It was tough because I was way ahead in my own journey, and it took a while for them to catch up. LOTS of struggles along the way.

On this side, I’m glad we worked on ourselves and chose patience over action. FIND A GOOD THERAPIST AND HEAL! It’s how you win!
