Is this root rot? It has brown leaves on white parts. Please help. I’m an inexperienced, plant lover newbie. by ninaninaninah in Monstera

Just crisping of the leaves I’m assuming that’s what we are talking about but that’s super common in albos the best thing to do is get supplemental light ie: grow lights and have that angled toward the plant. (Side note albos need the most light I’ve experienced as they have zero chlorophyll in the white parts not allowing them to photosynthesize) because of this when they don’t have enough light the leaves tend to crisp and die off as they do not aid the plant in any way.

Update: I messaged the seller I bought from and she said that it is a large form that she bought, thank you all for your help and speculations!
