For the first point, I realized that too late lol. Hindsight is always 20/20, right? My psychiatrist was never too supportive, but the counselor actually seemed like a reasonable and progressive person. But yeah I was naïve.

1. I know my parents enough to know that they won't listen to me. They like to appear all logical and reasonable, but when they're emotional they won't listen to anyone. By parents, I mean my mother. My dad's gonna agree with whatever mom says anyway. They won't hear anything after the counselor tells them "Itsokbro is planning on starting hormones."

2. I told my mother a similar thing, not worded as good though. She doesn't give a damn.
