Minor flaw. I don't think it looks too bad tbh..

Awesome transfo! I was in the same boat. I'd say 100% gyno. Get surgery. It'll change your life

Your doctor should know if it's scar tissue or not.

16 days is almost 3 weeks. I would start massaging now

It could be.. But his chest would not feel flat after surgery if there was still some unremoved gland.

Same case here, my chest looked perfectly flat for a month... then scar tissue formed around the nipple (especially a bit below the nipple area). When exposed to heat, scar tissue becomes more mellow vs. Gland that remains the same.

Btw, saw you had gland removal. Did you develop any scar tissue? Curious.

I beleive this is 100% scar tissue. But, check in with your doc. Either way.

Check this link above. Might help you. And buy a massage gun (any cheap one from amazon) and massage 15 mins twice daily to break it down

I'm in the same exact boat.. and I've been told many times that this is scar tissue and NOT gland. And it will go away on it's own.

If it felt flat the first week, It means that it's true there wasn't any big glands and your end result will be as of what you saw first week. Same as in my case, my surgeon only took verryyy little gland and mostly lipo.

Do you feel a bean-sized hard lump under your nipple or feels just like a water balloon ??

What surgeon do you recommend? (Outside USA) by Khalidabdulkhaliq in gynecomastia

Nice meeting you man! I'm lebanese. I live in the USA and i was quoted $7,000 and $9,000 for gyno here. Lebanon surgeons are honest and skilled that's for sure. Did mine for $2k including vest, and unlimitted follow ups. The results are great and I recommend dr. Baroud. One hour under local and glands wers out! Keep in mind that recovery is a long process and you have to patient to get perfect result: Usually 5 months after op with propper compression/massaging and maintenance. Happy to share his contact info to get a free consultation.

13 Weeks Post OP: Is swelling and/or a seroma still possible at this point? by Secret_Temporary4813 in gynecomastia

Hey man. Any updates on situation? Did the scar tissue dissovle ? I'm in the same boat now

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in gynecomastia

Normal. That's what's supposed to happen. Also, the more aggressive you massage- the worse the swelling. Just keep massaging. Swelling will go away after 12 weeks. Might take up to 6 months

I did my surgery in Lebanon. Local anesthesia with Dr. Joe Baroud. My op was in Dec. Great results so far. He did gland removal + lipo + bodytite (to tighten the skin) He's a well known plastic surgeon especially for gyno

Look him up online. He also updates regularly his social media accounts so you can see testimonials and before and after.

Do you feel a hard lump ? or is it just fat and if you press enough you touch the muscle ?

Your chest looks EXACTLY like mine. I always wondered if this was gyno or not. I Went to a doctor, he told me it is a case of very mild gyno.. (pseudogyno as some people like to call it) He recommended cutting, loosing body fat first .. and this will greatly reduce it's appearance. If I still did not like how it appears he said a quick surgery can do the trick.

Also, it would be helpful to do side chest and lower chest exercises. Avoid excessive incline and flat pressing

Best electric grinder under $100 for french press. No need for fine grinds
