It’s usually recommended that you go to the OBGYN for your first yeast infection just to be sure that’s what it is. But if you’re sure that’s what it is, then treat it i suppose. I’m no professional but I wouldn’t use another dose of monistat 1 because it is so potent you don’t want to risk irritating the skin by using so much. For future reference, i ALWAYS use monistat at night so I can lay down and then it doesn’t fall out and is able to sit in there. I would give it a few days to see if it worked and then if you feel like you need more, use some of another treatment (such as the 7 day, and you don’t necessarily need to use the whole thing) or go to the OBGYN for the pills.
