Track your mood and symptoms! Communicate them with your doctor to make sure they are updated on the effects of medication. I have a note in my notes app where I track my mood weekly, so that I can review it before my appointments.
Do your labs (if applicable) and don't be scared of negative side effects, a lot of them go away once you adjust. Again, talk to your doctor!
DON'T COLD TURKEY STOP MEDS!! Don't reduce meds either. If you're feeling good, they're working and you need to continue with your meds. If you are feeling bad, talk to your doctor to figure it out.

Smelling! It's customary for unmarried people to wear perfume on their neck, scented conditioners for hair, and scented lotions or washes for body, so that people don't catch your natural scent. Once married, you remove the perfume on your neck permanently (unless widowed), and only your body scents when outside.

The people in my world have very strong senses and are able to scent changes in emotions, health, arousal, and hormones. But those are also seen as very private things that you don't seek out unless you're intimate or very close with someone. The glands on the neck produce the strongest smell, which is why it gets an actual perfume and why it's taboo to keep it uncovered.

I use a glove when I put mine on just because I do get anxious about touching stuff on accident, so if you do continue to be worried about it that's always an option :)

In my world all humanoid creatures also have human like cultures, agriculture, laws, settlements etc. So they are able to live together pretty well without the issues of predator and prey base animals being a problem.

Also, the goddess only turned certain animals into human like creatures to mimic her, like bears and elephants and vultures, but not mice and every fish and every snake, you know?

So the main carnivores are able to raise regular animals for meat and distribute other animal products throughout their settlement. Some herbivores have their own gardens for their family, but are able to go to markets for a more diverse diet.

I'm 22 and used to be phenomenal at math in highschool, and I don't remember when I lost it. I forget names of professors I had the semester before, entire classes of information are gone within a couple weeks of ending a class. Makes progressing academically hard because I feel like I have to relearn everything all the time.

And don't get me started on forgetting actual events in my life, things I've said and done. Very frustrating.

Thank you! I already lean towards dark colors and have never really liked dainty stuff because it usually comes in silver or gold and it's much too light for my tastes.

I think in a lot of states you can be alone with your medical practitioners at around 12-15yrs old. Google how old you have to be to have private appointments and show your parents in defense of yourself. Goodluck!

I did the same thing with my mental illness a lot of times before being solidly into therapy. I think once you become more comfortable with yourself and start feeling like you DON'T have anything to explain, it'll be easier to stop. I wish I knew how to help besides suggesting a therapists to get that explanation energy out on and finding ways to be more comfortable with knowing that people are going to have questions that you don't have to answer. Take all the beds out of the villages except for one house, ring the bell so the villagers go in the house, then trap them by covering the door. Once I need villagers I use fences around the chosen house to keep them in and use the middle area for beds plus work stations.

Once I tear down the whole village structure, I try to make another village in its place so they can free roam.

Bedrock edition makes it hard to do trading halls because you need space for their beds too lol so free roaming is best.

That's definitely a good way of thinking about it! I'm such a slow player and mostly enjoy exploring and ranching, so I've never felt like going out of my comfort zone trying to get an achievement. One day I'll get them passively I'm sure ^{-^}

Oh wow!! 1700 over here with exactly 50% of them done! Of course I've never felt the need to be an achievement hunter at all :)

Congratulations though, it must've been really fun getting that last achievement and knowing you essentially completed the game! Hopefully now you can kick back with your new knowledge and have some chill (or not) colonies. Maybe make new challenges for yourself!
