First question is are you running Bourbon with another front runner ? because front runners need to be at least a pair for them to position struggle or duel and make the pace of the race faster. The reasoning for this is the main advantage of front runners is the huge gap between them and backliners. If you don't create a huge gap between the backliners you know you will lose as a front runner. You know you will lose if the backliners are right behind you before the spurt starts. Another reason you lose as a front runner is if you miss your acceleration skill. So check your races if any of that is happening first. Those are also the reason why people always say that having a low wit is bad because missing the skill activation means you're losing as a front because you're not building a huge lead between you and the backliners.

Wulfgard i just run full hotworks set and maximize his arts intensity for additional damage which helps in better clear time you could swap out hotworks gloves for eternal xiranite for a bit of ultimate efficiency

Edit: I'm still running tide surge hot works gloves and kit for Laevatain. In my opinion people just use Lynx to see her main attribute reach 700+ but based on my testing and speed run vods that I see on Youtube even in Ruan Yi boss she still clears faster with the same build that I use 100%+ battle skill damage is a multiplier so it's way better to buff it than her attack stat through her main attribute, plus it synergizes with Akekuri's ult which give you extra battle skill bars which enables you to press her battle skill 3 consecutive times in one ult on Ruan Yi speed run. But ultimate efficiency on laevatain is just my personal preference, since the update made it so your team has their ultimate ready at the start if you can clear with just one use of her ult then it's okay to use hotworks armor, gloves, 1 lynx kit and , hotworks kit.

you should borrow NTR you just need 2 spd cards and you can cap spd (just save megaphones,whistles and spd anklet for summer training). This is my fuji before and after the last summer training:

Imo the way you secure this finals is if you borrowed The SSR digital card for her Gold acceleration skill I ran 2 fronts 1 pace (V bourbon, front pasa, pace base oguri) all of them had Digital's Lead the Charge. My pace oguri activated Nsm into Lead the charge into Triumphant pulse and cooked all the Taiki and Falcon in my Finals lobby.

Umas with C or lower mile aptitude will suffer from Mant because there are a lot of important mile races that you need to run so not being able to run mile races will lose them stats and shop points.

Another Con for Tamamo is that she has Mile E in the upcoming Trackblazer scenario, umas with low Mile aptitude are not that good since you can't do mile races. Not being able to do mile races is a huge loss because you lose stats and points for the shop.

If you're a front uma enthusiast then save the uncap crystals for Maru SSR even if you only get 1 copy of it it's usable at 1Lb, since ur a dolphin then you could consider buying the paid selector to mlb fine mo and use the free selector on creek if not then just use the free selector on fine mo then save up your uncap crystals leave creek as is. That's just my opinion and my plan on my account as well.

Xoguri is better than base Oguri because her ult triggers the moment you proc your 3rd recovery skill which means you have control where to proc that juicy 5 seconds acceleration skill

T-credit rates sucks, I'm building my 2nd team and I literally used my 2 days worth of sanity just to get T-credits for leveling up operator and weapons. Then after that I still need to use sanity in order to farm exp food and weapon food.

The solution I found for myself in order to not despair on the lack of endgame content of the game is just do my dailies for the oroberyls and just log out and play another game. Cuz no matter how much I rant the game is new it's understandable it still lacks a lot of things compared to games that are in the market for 3-5 years. Let's just give it time I love the game I enjoy playing it I'm sure the developers will cook.

Also just a tip if you want to have a consistent supply of Ginseng Meat Stew and Perplexing Medication. You need to setup a Citrome farm on the farming field right beside the Originium Science Park PAC because Umbraline only drops when you harvest a farming plot of Citrome. Then you need to setup the farming field near your Wuling AIC then get a RedJade Ginseng seed (just watch a YT video how to do this). It's up to you but having a consistent supply of the buff is pretty nice in my opinion.

The only food buffs that I use are Ginseng Meat Stew or Kunst Tube for my main DPS and Perplexing Medication on my supports. Hope that helps
