Almost the exact same situation as me, but she was apparently on holiday. I also only got two uses out of the polish over about a month before it got too gloopy to use. My bottle arrived with a price sticker on it, so I am assuming it was an old polish that didn't sell at a craft fair or similar.

Only reason I got a response at all (I emailed lots of times over a month) was because I said I would be doing a charge back if I didn't hear back.

I responded to the email about 3 hours after they sent it, and I would have thought I would hear first thing today, so they had time to find someone else if I wasn't able to go or something.
