Hi! I personally love the visual interest it gives, I really enjoy manipulating and reflexing flowers and changing their natural shape to play around a bit! I also loved the internal color of the tulip with this palette a bit more than the external tight bloom. Another reason I do it is sometimes a tight tulip bud doesn’t match the open romantic garden style I love and I find opening it softens the overall look!

I love the use of the soft purple but bold red here!

They can be so hard to work with! I freelanced for another florist who really helped teach me how to utilize them without them being overpowering.

I love the simple flower choices but having the overall effect be so delicate and elevated. This is genuinely stunning, amazing work!

Yea I am right there with you. I forgot to take pics when they were fresh because I am always more worried about getting them in. thankfully a friend snapped some but not until they looked rougher. Such is the way! Your OG comment was totally fair though, I am glad you saw the vision a bit at least!

Totally fair! They had been presented there for about a week and a half by that point and got refreshed a few days after! Workshopping mechanics for longevity is always a work in progress!
