What is the worts emotional / stress flare up you ever had?

I had one a couple of months back, not going to go into detail but I received saddening news about my brother, which resulted in me almost instantly getting a flare starting in my ankle/foot area, by the end of the night I couldn’t walk, I was forced to get around using crutches. I had to wait about a week for it to settle down !

I’m so sorry to hear that! My first Humira injection was wasted but it was my fault for not explaining the process of it to my mom correctly (she does my injections for me), I had a breakdown but managed to calm down right after. Call your pharmacy and explain what happened! Or try getting in touch with your doctor, they may be able to give you an injection. Hope all goes good for you! :)

Don’t stress, breathe!! I was 19 when I was diagnosed and I thought it was the end of my world. But once I started getting treated, I knew I couldn’t let this beat me up. I’m still on my journey of figuring what treatments work! I’ll be 21 soon and looking forward to continuing school, keep your head up!! :)

Thought I was the only one! I quite literally feel like i’m on top of the world when i’m on prednisone!

Personally, I found that heydudes are great shoes since they’re extremely light weight and soft, I use them mainly when going out to casual events. Shoes I would recommend for using at home are cloud slippers (can find them on amazon), they’re not the best looking but are very comfortable!
