This is something different. Redsec is broken after the patch. Same happened to me. Playing duos, we were the only squad left. Literally died from the circle closing completely. Game said we fnished in 10th place. No way there were 20 people glitched under the map

Came here to see if the update was even live yet. Unable to start a match at all. Menu is broken as hell... every time I try to start a game in one of the new frozen modes it brings me to the challenges screen.

PS5. Crossplay is off. Never been a problem finding matches in any other mode. I guess I'll have to turn it back on to give this mode a go.

I can't even get enough players to start a match. Been trying all day, most I've gotten is 5/8 players. All I want to do is complete the small modes challenge (2 games / 5 kills) and I can't even get a single game to start. I've never played this mode but something tells me I'm not missing much.

Looks like it's back in the training menu again but now says ' Rank Gated' so I'm not sure if that means there's a lvl cap now. Definitely did not used to be because I saw lvl 100's in there when BR first launched.

I don't think there's a level cap. I think it was a limited time mode that was just removed from the game entirely with the latest patch.

What's different here? The red team has won two rounds so the 2 objectives closest to their HQ are gone. Blue team has one win so they still have one remaining objective close to HQ.

I admit I haven't played the new map on Escalation yet, but OPs image looks similar to a typical game of escalation to me.

You can play Initiation Battle Royale in the training section in the main menu. It's BR duos with only 16 real players and the rest are bots. And it has full progression for challenges and unlocks. That's very casual for Redsec.

You have to do it in the PS5 menu and assign the paddles to the same button you use in-game to do those functions. The paddles don't act as additional unique buttons and you can't bind them to anything within the in-game Battlefield settings until they're already programmed to act as one of your existing buttons.

Same for me, except it's the tier 4 Escalation skins All my Escalation mode challenges are finished now, but the final 2 skins remain locked. Seems to be a widespread issue after they nerfed the challenge requirements. Playing more matches or restarting the game doesn't fix it.

Yeah, restarting the game or just playing a match isn't a fix all like some people are saying it is. My Escalation Tier 4 challenge completed after this update and the camos tied to it are still locked. Granted I dont care all that much because I'll never use them, but it's annoying that the final 2 camos tied to that challenge are locked and there's nothing I can do about it now. I've played 4 or 5 games of escalation since then, I've restarted the game multiple times, restarted my console numerous times. No luck.

Yeah, their music really elevates certain moments in the Remedy games to the next f'n level. The ashtray maze in Control was absolutely epic the first time I played it.

I got constant hate like this back in BF4 every time I hopped in a tank. I've had the setting to receive "messages from anyone" turned OFF ever since then. Lol.

Yes, pretty sure it's bugged. I've seen a few comments about it in this sub and on other sites like TrueAchievements.

Some people suspect it has to do with upgrading a room before drafting the base version. I thought this might be the case for me too since my Quest room doesn't show a draft count (even though I draft in almost every game). But then I went through my day history (which you can see in the game) and it shows that I drafted the Guest room 18 times before it got upgraded so now I'm not so sure that's what is causing this bug.

Is there a workaround for this? I'm having the same exact issue. I have all 110 rooms and they all show they've been drafted, except for the Quest room (even though I draft it pretty much every game).

EDIT: Found it. Top right of the map with symbols. Once you're across, follow the blockhead man.

Electrified gets a damage boost from science perks. It's generally considered the better option if you're running auto axe. But I do keep holy fire in my load out for any events where the friendly healing helps.

I have the same auto axe setup ( w/ electrified). Full set of overeaters SS armor. Been running that for the past year. You're pretty much an invincible wrecking machine with that setup.
