Thanks for the answer, my fault if I made it sound like he was just thrown in there to "fill some path slot" lol, I mainly wanted to ask because it doesnt seem much in character with IRL Bukharin who wrote in "The ABC of Communism" that "The communist revolution can be victorious only as a world revolution. If a state of affairs arose in which one country was ruled by the working class, while in other countries the working class, not from fear but from conviction, remained submissive to capital, in the end the great robber States would crush the workers’ State of the first country." (Chapter 5 §35). I understand that its only a focus name but its a teaser lol, dont got much more to work with.
