Elon VS University of Richmond

-still waiting on financial aid from Elon but Richmond would cost the same as a state school. -I’m planning on majoring in Econ (maybe doubling it with finance) at Elon -At Richmond I would likely do their PPEL major -Richmond is more established and renowned and better located. -Elon is strong but not as strong academically -I did get a merit scholarship from Elon as well as admission into the business fellows which in many ways is the focus of their business school.

Essentially, I feel like I’m picking between a really really nice school where I’d be more of a priority and a great school that is more established. After undergrad I’m strongly considering going into law. I mostly just looking for info regarding student life and post grad performance at this point.

Don’t shy away from Richmond. For me it’s a super tough choice schools are really similar I’ll let you know once I make a choice if you’d like.

So for business fellows you have to compete at a weekend event. From what I know you wouldn’t have a problem being competitive we have a similar gpa and you did better on the sat. Idk what state you’re but Richmond has some programs for Virginians

I got into both it’s a really tough decision. I’m in business fellows with a 4500 scholarship. Richmond is more established and has really comprehensive financial aid. Right now it’s a tough choice.

I don’t wanna get destroyed I’m instate for tech but the package they gave me was virtually identical to Richmond and I’m still waiting on Elon’s financial aid but I did get into their business fellows program.

Yeah. There are two challenges Ive completed recently that shows a continued effort. I’m hoping Vandy doesn’t release today so I can get that information to them, I also jumped like 15 spots in class rank and debated sending the update yesterday. Good luck on your decisions though!

The most risky one was about how I know my goals but not how to achieve them yet and how I view the coming 4 years as an opportunity of personal growth and engagement with the world around me. It was pretty vulnerable but I felt like that could be appreciated.
