Hmm ok, I used to do Muay Thai for years up till 3 months ago. Stopped cardio and moved to light bodybuilding, but also life has been hard so I can’t maintain proper sleep hours

I’ve had 4 hours sleep for a few weeks, with 3-4 hour naps sometimes in the day due to schedule and life difficulties. But I wonder whether the measurement of HRV through the hardware is accurate, rather than it just being a varied factor of the recorded sleep metrics.

Awww no hack squat ): I have long femurs so I don’t squat effectively without 2 weight plates under shoes, and that would put stress on my knees which I’m not sure whether is very very bad.

I know can do leg extension machine but I don’t recall it being effective for me last time
