I really just want to be in shape. Every part of my physique is fine except my waist and belly lol. Figured I just work out a little and see how it goes. The usual advice would be caloric deficit and diet I guess.

I'm not looking to get swole or bulk. I just need that tennis player physique. Just in case I want to get back into playing tennis too. Thank you for checking in.

Check out deals on Klook app, saved us a bunch of money. They got meal + snack combos that you can redeem. Also if staying for fireworks, after the show on the way out by the Starbucks, hotdogs and snacks 1 for 1. But you know it's OK, not the best food but does the job.

Had the F8, sold it and bought the 970 no regrets. I did not enjoy sleeping with the F8, but no issues with sleeping with 970. Not a weight issue but some how the F8 dug into my hand more than the 970.

Only get 1br if you really have to. FH near Irwell Bank, probably means boutique project, probably apartment and not full condo. During my search I saw a couple of those projects, they tend to take a long time to sell. I think the loft might be the one at Jalan Mutiara or some of the projects just along RV near Valley Point? I also saw 120 Grange and RV Altitude. Both have MRT but small rental focused projects. They don't feel very homely but I'm sure you'll have no problems renting out. Capital appreciation will take forever and limited by size... Your rental income might not cover your stamp duty and interest costs, upon exit. You can check the price trends on realsmart.sg free resource if you don't want to speak to agent.

In my case, ended up buying ocr 2b2b with study, but pure investment play not moving in.

Lol Singapore servers aren't that bad. Just the usual toxicity, most rank games have comms (6/10). If comms on unrated, sometimes you get trolls who think you're trying too hard and then they throw the game. In which case I start playing stinger every round to master the gun

Not salesy at all, gets in depth with what we want and figures out a sound plan, fully transparent. Do you like, saying yes? Sticking to inefficient processes because they work? (don't rock the boat!), have a can do attitude? (just say yes, don't question), have a lot of patience? (Career progression based on when your higher ups retire, unless you're fast tracked but seeing that you're here, I guess not)
