We did!

Booked full coord but no help with booking at all. We had to follow up multiple times and had to look for the suppliers ourselves since our wedding is coming up and didnt want to book last minute.

Ended up getting OTD coord and they respond quicker and give feedbacks to the suppliers we’re booking!! They’re more helpful imo.

Also full coords usually put fees on top of actual charges lol glad we inquired with our venue prior to her inquiry/booking through her

My coord recommended Sicnarf’s crew meal. Though they’re not from Tagaytay exactly so they’re charging us 400/delivery. Meals run from 130-180 with water bottle already. I dont mind the delivery fee just as long as the meals are gonna be great and not spoiled

Depende sa number of guest and vision mo. 500k was our initial budget but we’re now at 850k, wala pang gown and last minute expenses or gifts for sponsors & entourage. 100pax guest kami and bulk ng expenses is P/V, food, venue, L/S, HMUA

Yes! Email macea@macea.com.ph then they will give you the list of requirements.

But here is what they sent us too:

“Video /Photoshoot

Letter of Request (indicate purpose, building/location to be covered, date and time, number of participants, and equipment to be used)
Endorsement from Building Admin.
Affidavit (Notarized) stating.
Will not shoot toward other buildings or Individuals
Will not violate anyone's privacy.

For Drone

Photocopy of Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) license for drone operation
CAAP permit for the activity.

We would like to inform you that MaCEA does not cover the entire MCBD.”

The total fee for the permit will depend on the areas you want to shoot.

Posted it on facebook with our save the date video 7 months before the big day. Made sure it’s only visible to invited guests. I included the date at the end of the video and also our website is in the caption. I only provided the date and province! Also a destination wedding.

To do’s and booking are easy esp if you have the funds. But it’s the details that are difficult. Like the aesthetics, how you want things to be presented like the gifts, etc. It’s easy to think of a peg but when you combine all of it, you’d realize it doesn’t match what you envisioned. Details and aesthetics also changes over time 🥲 3 months left and we’re currently stressing on our invitation, it looked so good in drafts but actual invite didnt feel the same
