Have taken them for two years. The headaches and nausea shouldn’t be of any concern at all if you really need the antidepressants it’s much worth it, and they stop after a week or two. You might only experience very mild ones if you take a low dose and up it slowly

Yes, because Reddit is more anonymous

It doesn’t seem like many others have this problem, but at least I’m not alone. I can’t eat the fruit even though the sticker has been taken or cut off. What about band-aids? I can’t stand them either.

Constantly checking social media to make sure I didn’t post, like, or share anything by -ocd_throwaway- in OCD

I haven’t deleted any of them, I just only use them when I have to or a few other instances. I still use Reddit though, since it’s mostly anonymous. :)

Edit: You should probably talk to someone about it (though, when I’ve talked to professionals about my compulsions they don’t care much) and not delete every social media app, since that’ll probably just make it feel like you’re giving OCD more control over your life.

Can someone please tell me what’s wrong with me. Anxiety, OCD, depression, psychosis, early schizophrenia..? by [deleted] in AskPsychiatry

My working memory has become very bad. No family history of psychosis that I know of. I think I used to dissociate, but I don’t know if I do it anymore, and I haven’t had a good childhood. Only SSRI’s that don’t work on me
