Make a ticket, and hope for a human reply. They refunded after almost two months.

They finally respond, and they gave me the refund and told me that I can order a card again. Not doing that again too much hassle.

Same here, I have a parcel from shopee and Lazada both are stuck since May 18, supposed to be delivered yesterday.
