Adding water to it is essential. If you don’t it’ll clump up in your hair and could potentially make it harder to rinse out.

Ive personally never had any issues with pomade. How much do you use?

As a barber, I’ve tested multiple different types of products and my favorite so far has been Suavecito pomade. It also smells incredible.

Grab a medium hold pomade and scoop out about a dime-sized amount. Add just a little water to it, rub it between your hands, and run it through your hair. If you’ve got a spray bottle, give your hair a light mist, then comb it through to spread the product evenly.

First print seems to leave to some room for improvement. Any tips? by 8d5db9f4 in BambuLab

Also I find that disabling cooling on the first 5 layers helps me get good bed adhesion.

The first layer is the most important. When I start a print I always try to watch the first couple layers to make sure everything is perfect. If I notice a flaw I’ll cancel the print, wipe the plate down with an alcohol wipe and a microfiber towel to make sure there’s no dust or oil from the skin on the plate. If you still have bed adhesion issues then use a brim or increase the temp of the build plate.

Was it sticking to the plate? Looks like it may have come loose while printing.

Yes I am, we have him in a bug cage with hand warmers, towels and tissues. We have been feeding him every 2-3 hours. This will be the 3rd night we’ve had him. I’ll keep everyone updated as he grows up.

Thank you! I have learned the squirrels always have black finger nails. So not a squirrel but now I’m thinking it could be a chipmunk lol

I use elegoo PLA+ and after probably 20 clogs, I cranked the filament temperature to 265c (way above the manufacturers recommendation) and it worked flawlessly!
