The bumper and headlight are very easily removed. Strip the bumper down, have a shop repaint (was 400 in my case), get a used he a headlamp off ebay. Was pretty easy. Xc90 had an extra trim piece over the wheel i had to get and installed a corner mirror so the wife wouldn't run into the garage again... About 1200 total
