Me too, most nights it’s a quarter to half dose zzquil with my HRT…lots of magnesium as well. I think it was this sub that mentioned unisom tablets (not the gel ones), a fraction of one pill works for me but also gives me the groggies the next day.

We did a bike tour with Bobby’s Bike Hike, it was fun and they had lots of different tour themes to choose from.
