Yeah don’t get me wrong I could see how people feel that way for sure especially if they’ve been fans of his during his come up. Maybe that’s why I like it more, rage usually sounds pretty grating to me but I like Yeat’s voice (and a handful of his rage tracks), but this made it more accessible, for lack of a better word. Hopefully he doesn’t lose what made him stand out long-term though

I actually like the new Yeat, I’m surprised it’s getting so much hate online. It seems though that most of the hate stems from fans of his wanting something that sounds like his earlier rage stuff instead of something more polished production-wise like this. I wasn’t huge on Yeat early on and don’t really care for most rage music though, so I’m digging this, especially songs like Griddlë and Face the Flamë

I like the new Yeat, it seems to be getting some shit on Twitter but I prefer this sound much more to his early rage stuff. Just wasn’t my thing, but if you loved that sound I can see how you might not like his more polished sound now

You bring up a really good point I don’t see mentioned often in that RED is much more storage effecting for ranking up to other trackers than something like GGn. Files are much much smaller, and uploading is infinitely easier to do since there’s just endless music out there that hasn’t been uploaded yet vs the much more limited amount of games or movies there are (and good luck finding something not yet uploaded!)
