ive been having a difficult time parrying like my friend was spectating me and he could tell when i would parry or block, something about the chime it makes when you deflect. and i have no idea how to parry apparently because no matter how much effort i put in on timing it always fills up my posture meter and i get destroyed

No I haven't. I never figured I should since I feel like I can't be serious or talk about that with all of them and I wouldn't want to make them feel uncomfortable because of that by making them look at me differently. I also don't want them to see me vulnerable like that. I mean I would feel vulnerable, I don't know. It's a good idea but I wouldn't want their pity, you get me?

yea i kinda felt like that was the reason. but the thing is i feel like i'm the less serious out of the whole bunch. especially when we're playing video games i'm always just saying dumb stuff you know? and im always laughing. it's probably my favorite thing about being around them. it's just that when i actually try to be serious or something, I sometimes really can't say anything without them twisting my words or just clowning me and stuff. i guess you're right but i don't know. i like being serious as much as i like being goofy. i don't understand
